But the one overall thing in your whole business we need to keep as smooth as possible

Your offer and your pricing
The more you change things, the more confusion
We’ve done this a number of times to try and find the best set up
But everytime we change, we have to explain to our clients WHY
Change the timetable, the layout, the staff rota 🤯
But what we have done now is decided to stick with 1 formula
We’ve tried and tested it
Everyone starts on 6 weeks 👉🏼
Everyone knows what they get, the cost and how people join
They then move onto the monthly programme
They know the price, what they get, how its delivered
So whenever a new member comes in its easy to understand 👊🏻
When we on-board new clients its easy to explain how it works
No confusion about payment set ups, class sizes etc
So today’s tip is to stop messing with your set up 😅
Find what works, improve it and make sure it’s as smooth as it possibly can be
