Missed some of our previous posts from this week? Not to worry, right now I’m going to share with you a brief overview of everything important we have discussed π
This week has been about generating different revenue streams into your fitness business
Moving away from your core service and considering other things we can bring in to make some extra cash πΈ
The first thing I want to talk about are the things I suggested you could do to bring in new revenue streams
Firstly, clothing and merchendise.
It’s so simple. At the start of every month take some orders from clients
It’s a great way to bring in some extra cash
Plus your clients feel a part of the team
And market you in the supermarket when they’re walking around in one of your hoodies π
Secondly, nutrition as a separate service
After all, we aren’t all qualified
So why not set up a third party offer
Whether it be an app or a nutrition coach
Something that will get your clients the help they need π½
Third and fourthly, workshops and events
Monthly, quarterly, however often you want, within your business, outside of your business
Running events is a brilliant way to get your client retention up and make some cash on the side β
We also talked about setting up an online fitness business
This is key to making sure we have separate offers available
Some people may want to join your business but they’re too far away
Or perhaps a member is moving but doesn’t want to stop doing your sessions
Can we set up some sort of online offer or programme for others to join your facility?
In fact, Alan talked all about doing this moving away from paid advertising
π
This organic approach is something we spoke about on Wednesday
We looked at being specific with the target audience
Finding the platform you want to work on – Youtube, Podcasts, Blogs
And once we’ve found that location, mastering that location
How do you boost your SEO, how do you rank your videos?
Finallyβ¦
Yesterday we looked at a foundational thing
This is key to anything we want to launch π
Whether its a new range of clothing, a new event
We want to see if there is any interest
There’s no point putting hours and hours of work into something if no one wants to buy it β
So, start by scoping out the field
Seeing who’s interested
Test the water first π§
Make sure you do this with everything you do moving forward in your fitness business
