This week we’re focussing on being a one-man-band 😎

Here’s Huw, he is a one-man-band and has been for a while! 

In fact, he has his own unit where he trains clients 121 or in very small groups very successfully

So, I wanted to quiz him, and get an understanding of what we need to work on and look out for as a one-man band 💪
