Q4 can often be a strange time of the year

For the fitness businesses that get it right, they make thousands in these 3 months

The ones that don’t have a plan roll into the new year dreading what 2026 might bring

So today, I want to level the playing field and give you the 5 campaigns you need

Yes, this is going to be a longish post, but it’ll lay everything out

So you can put your own spin on it and start actioning them right away 💪

That’s enough of an intro… let’s dive in 👇

1️⃣ Pre-December – Cold Audience (Part 1)

This goes out to the general public and prospects who have never bought from you

This time of year is a bit of a mixed bag

Some won’t have health and fitness on their mind, while others are already thinking about 2026 being their year

So the Pre-December offer for your cold audience is all about getting a head start on 2026

Typically, we suggest adding bonus weeks onto your front-end

For example, if you run a 6-week challenge, say they get the rest of the year for free

This covers you for the downtime and closure over Christmas, meaning you don’t really lose anything

BUT… make the offer even more appealing to your audience

Making it easier to sell

2️⃣ December – Cold Audience (Part 2)

You jump on the bandwagon big time about 2026 being their year

Similar to the first offer above, you just switch it around

Join our first programme of 2026 and get the rest of December for free

Of course, they need to pay for the course upfront

But that extra time is your way to help them build a little fitness and routine over Christmas before starting properly in January

Again, the offer is so good, it makes it easy to sell

If you’re a higher-ticket offering and they’re reluctant to stump up the cash this time of year then…

An absolute MONSTER if you get this right

Yes, you can put one out to the general public, but we recommend focusing on your clients

Again, know your numbers and make sure the finances of the offer make sense

Finally on this one, you need 2 different offers

One for the end of 2025 and one for January 2026

This will help motivate your clients to take advantage of one of these offers

5️⃣ Reactivation

I love a good reactivation campaign

But sometimes your old clients aren’t brave enough to reach out

Many might feel silly for messaging you, like they’ve let you down or feel embarrassed that they’ve slipped back into old habits

And many times, your old clients just need that little nudge to come back

That’s why the end of the year and the start of the year work perfectly for reactivations

Look back at what we mentioned above

– November = Getting ahead of 2026
