Today, me & Martha where on the road (π) to visit one of her ads clients
Camera & tickets packed, we made our way to Watford to meet up with Craig πͺ
Absolute legend, great set up, unbelievable community π
What surprised me tho, was when we where chatting about his plans & history

His honesty on the last year & his future plans β€οΈ

And I can tell you from myown experience of this exact same situation, that so many of us fall for it

And that isβ¦.

Opening a second location before fully maximising the initial one π

Craig shared that he closed down his second site, move all the clients over & has since kept growing from that one location
β
Giving him reduced outgoing & increased profits

With now having those foundations in place that are now even stronger, that he can now push for growth again

Againβ¦. Taking steps backwards doesnβt mean your unsuccessful or a failure

That step back allows you to see the full picture, reassess & then go again, with an even stronger foundation
