2. Trial Offer Deposit

We offer a 10-lead trial (the "Trial") to new clients. To begin the Trial, you must sign up online and pay a £50 deposit via Stripe. This deposit is to show your commitment to the process.

If, upon reaching the 10-lead milestone, you are not satisfied with our services, you are entitled to a full refund of the £50 deposit. To request the refund, you must notify us in writing at [email protected].

Please note that in the event a refund of the deposit is processed, a £20 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the agreement to issue the refund, less the administrative fee.

3. Monthly Service Fees

Our core service is provided on a rolling month-by-month basis. By choosing to continue to a monthly service plan after the Trial, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the results and performance of the Trial.

Given that the Trial is offered to allow you to evaluate our services, we do not offer refunds on the monthly service fees once you have moved onto a monthly subscription. All monthly payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Advertising Spend

Please be aware that you are responsible for your daily advertising spend, which is paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., META, Google). The daily ad spend amount is agreed upon between you and FP Lead Gen Limited before the commencement of any campaign.

This advertising spend is not our responsibility, and we cannot claim it back on your behalf. Any issues related to the advertising spend must be addressed directly with the respective advertising platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your monthly service, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled payment. You can cancel your service by completing the cancellation form referenced in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Your Statutory Rights
